Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

BALHAJA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
