Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, worn earrings or earrings removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
